- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Used to be an excellent practice but have now implemented the most crazy and uncaring system possible for trying to see a doctor. They want you to tell receptionists what's wrong with you and refuse to book an appointment unless you wait for a phone call from a doctor. Incredibly inconvenient and I expect people will die as a result of this terrible new system. You CANNOT safely diagnose an issue over the phone. Problems will be missed and people will suffer as a result. There has to be a better way!!!by Robin BondSeptember 06, 2017
